Medicare members: Report fraud and abuse

Fraud and abuse waste millions of health care dollars every year. What can you do? You can check your medical bills and explanation of benefits (EOB) to ensure that you and your health plan were charged only for services you received.

Please contact us if you have questions or suspect fraud and abuse. You do not have to give your name, address or phone number.

  • Call Customer Service at 800 446-5674:
    • Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
    • Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
    • Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to noon
  • Call the Compliance Helpline 24 hours a day at 800 560-7013.
