There are lots of ways you can find out more about our plans or discuss your Medicare options with one of our knowledgeable, friendly representatives:

• Visit prioritymedicare.com to find detailed benefit information about our plans and to enroll.
• Attend a free Medicare information meeting in your area. Just call us at  888 389-6676 (TTY/TTD:  888 551-6761) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for times, locations and to sign up. You can also find meeting information on prioritymedicare.com.
• Contact us by phone at any time, 7 days a week, to ask questions, request information, register for a meeting or enroll right over the phone.
• Visit a Medicare Information Center to talk with a Priority Health representative in person:
  • Grand Rapids — 1239 East Beltline NE, Monday–Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Holland — 250 East 8th St. (parking and entrance on 9th Street), Monday–Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Kalamazoo — 5015 West Main (corner of West Main and Drake), Monday–Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Traverse City — 300 East Front St., Monday–Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (opening Nov. 1)
