Make sure you get Priority Health for your baby

Choose Priority Health for your baby when you call. Your baby may be added to a different health plan if you don’t call and choose Priority Health. If you receive Medicaid, you’re eligible for the Maternal Infant Health Program (MIHP). This provides home visits for women and infants. Call 616 464-8247 or visit michigan.gov/mihp.
