Priority Health can help you get a ride to or from your doctor, rehab, pharmacy or durable medical equipment supplier. This is for non-emergencies only. You should call us at least 5 business days in advance.

For in-network services:

• Call Priority Health to get approval and to schedule your transportation. Call 1-888-975-8102 and ask for transportation.

For out-of-network services:

• Your doctor must first get prior authorization from Priority Health. Then you must contact Priority Health to get approval and schedule your transportation. Call 1-888-975-8102 and ask for transportation.
