No ID card requests

A system upgrade over the Labor Day weekend means members will temporarily be unable to order new ID cards.
The system upgrade will take place between 6 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 2 and 6 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 7, a time slot chosen to be the least inconvenient to Priority Health members, employers, and health care providers.
