Talk with a nurse case manager about your asthma
If you need extra help - perhaps because you are dealing with additional health risks - a case manager will help you:
- Manage your asthma, triggers or other asthma risks
- Send you educational materials
- Work with your doctor if necessary
- Answer questions and offer support
