How to use the Priority Health Member app for iPhone
- Enter the username and password from your priorityhealth.com online account. Don't have an account? Create one now.
- Pick a 4-digit PIN. Enter the PIN again to confirm it.
- OK, now you can:
- Flip the card over: Click the arrow to see our Customer Service number.
- Fax your card: Touch the button at the top, enter a fax number, and touch the button again. You'll get a confirmation screen saying that the fax was sent.
- See more: Buttons at the bottom let you click between your ID card, your primary care doctor's info, and a list of other people on your plan. (The buttons won't appear if they don't apply to you.)
Forgot your PIN?
Click logout. Then you can re-enter your priorityhealth.com username and password and create a new PIN.
