You receive a member handbook when you join your Priority Health plan. Like this website, it will help you understand how your Priority Health plan works.

To use your handbook, you need to know which plan you have (PriorityHMO^SM, PriorityPOS^SM, etc.). Look at the upper left corner of your Priority Health ID card to find out.
