When you want us to change a decision on what we pay for

What can you do if Priority Health didn't pay for some of your health care charges, but you feel they should be covered?

The first thing to do is contact our Customer Service department. Our representatives can explain why payment was not made and whether it was our error or if the charge was for care that is not included in your coverage.

If you are not satisfied with the answers that our representative gives you, you or someone acting on your behalf you can send us a formal complaint. This formal complaint is called a grievance.
