Oxygen tanks Recall

October 4, 2006 - The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has recalled Oxygen (USP, Recall # D-368-6, tanks with codes B-3807 through B-3950) from the market due to contaminated medical gas (Fluorine). The Recalling Firm is Alick's Home Medical Equipment, Inc., South Bend, IN, by home visit between August 7, 2005 and August 31, 2005.
