August 30, 2006 - The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has recalled
Azathioprine Tablets (USP, 50 mg, 100 tablet bottles, Rx only, Lot #558470A,
exp. date Mar 2009) from the market due to a label mixup; product labeled to
contain Azathioprine, 50 mg Tablets may actually contain Methotrexate, 2.5
mg Tablets.
