Ordering Injectable Drugs

The following five classes of injectable drugs on our approved drug list are only available from a specialty pharmacy:

• Arthritis drugs (such as Enbrel and Humira)
• Growth hormone drugs (such as Norditropin)
• Hepatitis C drugs (such as Pegasys)
• Multiple sclerosis drugs (such as Betaseron, Copaxone, and Rebif)
• Psoriasis drugs (such as Enbrel)
