Payment Options

There are three ways to pay your premium each month.

  1. Automatic deduction from your bank account. Call Customer Service and ask for an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) form.
  2. Priority Health will bill you each month. OR
  3. Automatic deduction from your Social Security check. Just check the box on the enrollment form.
