Your Priority Health account

As a member of a Priority Health Medicare plan, you can see your account online, anytime, in the Members section of the priorityhealth.com website! All you have to do is register your online username and password once, then use them to log in.

Your online account gives you 24-hour access to:

• Review your claims and prescriptions (if you have prescription coverage)
• See your year-to-date deductible balances
• Change your primary care doctor, if you're in a PriorityMedicare Value^SM or PriorityMedicare^SM plan
• Get a free health risk report when you fill out the WebMD^® HealthQuotient^® questionnaire
• See what health screenings and tests might be due for you

How to register your account

You need to wait until your coverage begins to register a username and password that will give you access to your account. Then, pull out your member ID card and your Medicare card. If you're switching to Medicare from a different Priority Health plan and you already have been using a username and password, they will still work.

How to log in once you register

1. Go to the main priorityhealth.com home page.
2. Enter the username and password you registered in the fields (boxes).
   (If you forget your username or password, here's what to do.)
3. Click the login button. Your personal account information will appear.

ALWAYS LOG OUT when you are finished visiting your personal online account to protect your personal health information. How? Simply click Logout in the upper right corner.
