Enroll in a Priority Health Medicare Advantage plan and get dental coverage that will keep you smiling. We contract with Delta Dental for a nationwide network of dentists and great service.

Basic dental services your plan covers

• One preventive exam at no additional cost to you
• One cleaning at no additional cost to you
• One set of bitewing x-rays covered at 50% of the cost

Upgrade to the enhanced dental plan for $12.79 per month.

You can enroll in this optional dental plan within 60 days of your first day of Priority Health Medicare Advantage coverage. There's no deductible and no waiting period.

The enhanced plan pays up to a maximum of $1,000 each calendar year. You'll get:

• The basic dental services listed above
• The other 50% of the cost of one set of bitewing x-rays
• Fillings and crown repairs covered at 50% of the cost
• Root canals covered at 50% of the cost

When to enroll

Your basic coverage is included in your Medicare Advantage plan. You can add enhanced dental coverage within 60 days after you enroll in a Priority Health Medicare Advantage plan. Your enhanced coverage will start on the first of the month following the day you enroll in the dental plan.
