Get answers to your questions on your first call to our customer service staff, even on Saturday and Sunday. We're a Michigan company, with the best Customer Service team anywhere. And you can call us at 888 389-6648, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., 7 days a week. TTY users should call 711.

Here's how to:

• Find your plan documents:
  • Medicare Advantage plan documents 
  • PriorityMedicare Rx^SM plan documents 
  • Medigap plan documents 
• Ask for a "transition fill" (temporary supply) of a drug 
• Ask for an exception to the formulary or what your plan covers 
• Appeal our decision if it's not in your favor
• Complain about the service you receive
