Dental and fitness added to our Medicare Advantage plans for 2012

(October 1, 2011)
Members of Priority Health Medicare Advantage plans will enjoy dental benefits and free fitness tools in 2012.

The 2012 Priority Health Medicare Advantage plans offered in 51 Michigan counties have added coverage.

Two dental care levels, basic and enhanced

Basic dental care, which covers one preventive exam and one cleaning per year, is now included in all our Medicare Advantage plans. One set of bitewing X-rays per year is also covered at 50% of the cost.

Enhanced dental coverage can be added to any 2012 Priority Health Medicare Advantage plan for $12.79 per month. In addition to basic dental care, it covers 50% coverage of fillings, crown repairs and one root canal up to an annual maximum of $1,000.

Free Silver&Fit® fitness program

Individuals enrolled in our Medicare Advantage plans have the choice of either a free membership at a participating exercise center near them, or free home exercise kits delivered right to their door - even if they live across the street from an exercise center.
