Where are your messages?

To receive messages in your secure mailbox:

  1. You must be logged in to your online Priority Health account.
    If you don't have an online account, create one now.
  2. The e-mail address for your online account must match the e-mail address we are using to send you messages.
    If your mailbox is empty, please change your online account e-mail address to the one you gave us - the one we used to tell you there is a message waiting in your secure mailbox.

To change your account e-mail address:

  1. Once you are logged in to your online account, click the Edit Profile link in the upper right corner
  2. Click Online Account Information. Enter the e-mail address you would like to use, and confirm it by entering it again.

After you change your account's e-mail address, click your Mailbox link (in the green bar) and you'll see your messages.
