How Your HRA Works
  1. First, you pay 100% of your health care costs up to a required amount. You pay your doctors, hospitals, etc., directly.
  2. When you have paid that required amount, then your HRA begins to pay for your health care costs. The HRA sends payments directly to your doctors, hospitals, etc.
  3. Once all your HRA money is spent, you pay 100% of your health care costs again until you reach your health plan's deductible.
  4. After that you pay only copayments/coinsurance for covered services, and Priority Health pays the rest.
