When you have a physical, your doctor bills us for it using a procedure code. Our computers use those codes to update your information as you see it here. If your latest physical is not showing up, it's because

• Your doctor has not billed us for it, or did not include the code for a physical exam.
• Your last exam was covered by your previous health insurance, so we have no record of it.
