Field Service Representative
Priority Health Field Service Reps (FSRs) work with providers on
operational issues. They assist with claims issues, Priority Health
online account set up, electronic data interchange (EDI), and
referral/authorization procedures. FSRs provide analysis for billing,
coding, and collections. They also present office training in these
areas of expertise.
