Not rated

What does "not rated" mean?

Each year, Priority Health chooses measures of good care for primary care doctors and other primary health care providers (PCPs), and tracks how many of their Priority Health patients actually receive that care. This gives us the "apple ratings" that you see in the Find a Doctor online directory when you search for PCPs.

When you see ** or "Not rated", it means that either:
  • The PCP did not have enough Priority Health patients who needed that category of care, or
  • The PCP wasn't rated in enough categories to give him or her an overall rating.
