Priority Health Field Service Reps (FSRs) work with providers on operational issues. They assist with claims issues, Priority Health online account set up, electronic data interchange (EDI), and referral/authorization procedures. FSRs provide analysis for billing, coding, and collections. They also present office training in these areas of expertise.
