1. Choose your Priority Health plan
To see ONLY doctors and other health care providers who accept YOUR Priority Health plan, you can:
- Log in if you're already a Priority Health member. Click the Log in link in the upper right of the screen. You'll need to enter your username and password if you have already created your account online, or register your account if you haven't.
- Or, just choose your Priority Health plan from the drop-down menu. Hint: It's on your ID card.
- If you're not a member yet, click the health plan/network you're interested in or that your employer is offering you. It should be on the materials your employer provided.
2. Choose a location
- Use the drop-down menu to choose a location by ZIP code, by city/state, or by county.
- Now, choose the distance (5 miles, 10 miles, more) you'd be willing to travel.
Click the Next button. Then:
3. Choose the kind of health care provider you need
Check the box next to the category of health care provider you need.
- PCPs: Many Priority Health plans require you to choose a PCP, which is a primary care physician or nurse practitioner who coordinates all your health care.
- Specialists: Doctors and other health care professionals like dermatologists, cardiologists, chiropractors and therapists.
- Hospitals: Only hospitals are listed here. Outpatient surgery and urgent care centers are listed in "Other facility/service."
- Pharmacies: Freestanding pharmacies. You can also go to any participating national chain.
- Other facility/service: Urgent care centers, ambulance services, medical equipment and supplies sellers, laboratories, and more.
- All: Clicking this box will show you all doctors, specialists, hospitals, pharmacies and every other type of health care in the location you have named.
OR
Search by name
Type in only
part of the name: mary for "St. Mary's," for example. If you make any spelling mistakes, the health care provider you're searching for won't show up in the results of your search.
Click the Search button.
If you get 0 results
This means there are no health care providers in the health plan/network you chose who match all the search options you clicked.
- Click Start over to start a completely new search.
- Click the [edit] Search by criteria: link to change the kind of health care or the name you are searching for.
If you get too many results
Click the +Filter Results link to narrow down your search using different options.
