This measure is based on determining how many of this health care provider's practice group's Priority Health patients are on on long-term medications, and what percentage of those got annual lab tests to monitor the effects of the medications. The medications included angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors and angiotensin II receptor blockers (ARB), digoxin, diuretics, and anticonvulsants.
