Priority Health - Individual Deductible

Individual Deductible
An Individual Deductible is the amount you pay for services for any one individual on your policy before plan benefits start. See your Certificate of Coverage or policy documents for details.
  • Only certain services covered by your policy apply to the deductible.
  • This deductible must be met each plan year.
  • Most Priority Health plans pay for preventive care services such as physicals whether you have met your deductible or not.
  • The individual deductible does not apply if you are enrolled in a PriorityHSASM plan with a Health Savings Account and you have more than one person on your policy.
Example: Your plan's individual deductible is $1,000. This means that you or any individual on your policy must pay a total of $1,000 towards certain covered medical expenses before plan benefits start. This amount may be limited if you are on a family policy.
