Enter the personal User Login Name (user name) you want to use to log in, such as: sally1945, markandrews, officemngr

• Choose a name easy for you to remember.
• User names must contain 6 to 12 characters, using only letters and numbers. Do not use spaces or special characters (such as punctuation).
• If another person is already using the user name you enter, we will ask you to select a different user name.

ERROR MESSAGES

User Login Name is required.
If you received this error message, the User Login Name field was left blank. Enter a personal user login name that you'll be able to remember.

The User Login Name entered is already in use.
If you received this error message, the User Login Name you entered is already used by someone else. Enter a different user login name.

The User Login Name entered is too long or too short.
If you received this error message, the User Login Name field is either too long or too short. User login names must contain 6 to 12 characters, using letters and numbers only.

The User Login Name entered contains special characters and/or spaces.
If you received this error message, you chose a User Login Name containing special characters, punctuation, or spaces. User login names must use letters and numbers only.
