Enter your e-mail address.

Your full e-mail address includes a domain name, which is the part of the address after the "@" sign.

If your e-mail address contains periods, hyphens, or other special characters, be sure to include them. For example: john.smith@my-business.com, or m_jones@our.company.wins.net.

You must have a different e-mail address for each account you create, whether it's an account for another member of your family or a separate account for you (member, employer, provider or agent). This is a security measure we put in place to protect your privacy. For employers, providers or agents who are also members, use your work/professional e-mail address for your work-related account and a personal e-mail address for your member account.

Error messages

An e-mail address is required.
If you received this error message, the e-mail address field was left blank. Your User Account cannot be opened without an e-mail address.

The e-mail address entered is incomplete or formatted incorrectly.
If you received this error message, the entry in the e-mail address field is not properly formatted. Re-enter your e-mail address using this format: emailaddress@domain.com.

This e-mail address is already assigned to someone else. Even though you might share this e-mail address with a family member, we require an e-mail address that belongs only to you to insure your privacy. Please enter a different e-mail address.
If you received this error message, it means the e-mail address you entered already belongs to another account. It could be a member account created by you or another member of your family or an employer, agent or provider account created by you. You must have a separate e-mail address for each account. Enter a different e-mail address.
