Enter your broker number given by Priority Health at the time of your appointment. Example: B12345If you are not the appointed agent you may still enter
the broker number of the agent you work with; however, you will receive a limited
account, providing access to a secure mailbox only. For full access to
Rate Generator and other agent tools, finish creating your account now and have the appointed agent send an e-mail to
the agent services coordinator at PH-Agent.Center@priorityhealth.com
granting authorization for you to view the agent's group information.
If you'd like to become an appointed agent with Priority Health and receive a
broker number to access the Agent Center, contact the agent services
coordinator at PH-Agent.Center@priorityhealth.com
or 800 471-2504 option #3 to get started on the necessary paperwork.
ERROR MESSAGES
A Broker Number is required.
If you received this error message, the Broker Number field was left blank. We cannot create an online account for you without a broker number.
