Medicaid/MIChild coverage level
The drug coverage level tells you whether or not a drug is covered:
- Covered: Priority Health Medicaid or MIChild pays for this drug.
- Not covered: Drug that your prescription plan will not pay for or that is not included on the approved drug list. Contact Customer Service for more information.
- Conditional: Priority Health Medicaid or MIChild may pay for this drug if you meet the specific requirements listed under coverage details.
- Excluded: Drug that is not covered per your plan documents and is never covered for any reason.
