What is Fitness LEAP?
It's a WebMD tool you can use when you log in to our website. It helps you create and track your own personal fitness program. LEAP stands for Lifetime Exercise Adherance Program, because the best way to become an exerciser for life is to create a program that you enjoy!
It includes:
- My Assessment
Complete a questionnaire first. Your answers help LEAP caclulate your body's ability to consume oxygen.
- My Goal
Set your goals, then enter the time you have available and the activities you enjoy. LEAP builds a 13-week Activity Plan that varies in intensity.
- My Personal Trainer
Check off each session you complete. You can reset the plan if your needs (or your life) change!
