Struggling to pack a healthy lunch? Maybe you're suffering from "mundane lunch box syndrome" and need some fresh ideas! This class will show you how to include a variety of food groups, colors and textures to create a delicious – and nutritious – lunch. Leave with practical suggestions and menus, as well as tips about preparing lunches in advance.

Great nutrition is essential at every age. Eating well can help the body fight disease, feel good, and stay strong through-out the golden years of life. Better Eating for Better Aging will teach participants how to achieve optimal health by getting necessary nutrients through eating a variety of foods.
