Talk with a nurse
Priority Health members can e-mail a nurse case manager with questions about managing your cholesterol, blood pressure or other cardiovascular condition and the nurse will call you back, almost always within 2 business days.
Are you, or is someone close to you, dealing with cardiovascular disease? Members of Priority Health's HealthyEncountersSM Cardiovascular Program receive postcards from our Health Management team, reminding them of important ways to stay heart-healthy. You can learn about:
  • High blood pressure (hypertension)
  • High cholesterol
  • Congestive heart failure
  • Heart attack prevention, recovery & rehabilitation
