Welcome to the Priority Health Back & Neck Pain Management Program

If you are have neck and back pain or other spine-related problem that just won't go away, ask your doctor if you can go to a Priority Health Spine Center of Excellence (COE). These are clinics that are called Centers of Excellence by Priority Health for their great record of helping patients and their success rates. They offer you:

• Complete medical evaluations
• Time to discuss all treatment options, both non-surgical and surgical
  
• Close communication with you and your primary care doctor about your treatment

Referrals

You can be referred to a Priority Health Spine Center of Excellence by:

• A primary care physician or other specialist
  
• An emergency room physician
  
• An urgent care center
