PriorityHSASM
 
Combines a high-deductible health plan with employee health savings accounts
  • Employees set aside pre-tax earnings to pay for health care expenses
  • School systems can fund all or part of the deductible with contributions to each employee's HSA
  • Preventive care services are covered at 100%, no copay necessary
  • Employees keep any unused funds, which can earn interest tax-free

PriorityHRASM

Combines a high-deductible health plan with school-funded health reimbursement arrangement
  • Offers more flexibility if you want to take on more of the risk without self-funding your plan
  • Reimbursement to physicians and hospitals is automatic; most employees won't need to file claims
