Receiving your HRA reports
All PriorityHRASM reports come to you through Filemart, our secure document sharing system. Make sure you have access to Filemart. If you didn't request access when you created your online account, then contact your sales representative or the employer services representative to receive access.

Weekly reports
You'll get a weekly e-mail to let you know your weekly funding report is ready. This report outlines the claims to be funded and the total amount of the funding draw.
There are 2 versions of the weekly report:
- With protected health information (PHI) - includes participant name, provider name and claims payment amount
- Without PHI - includes provider name and claims payment amount only
You can choose which version you want when you enroll in
PriorityHRA and you can switch any time.
Monthly reports
You'll receive a monthly HRA employer account balance report via Filemart. This report is available in PDF and Excel formats.
For the first three months of a plan year, you'll receive a report for both the current plan year and previous plan year so you can track balances and make sure everything evens out.
What if your reports don't match?
If your group had any reprocessed claims or overpayments in a month, then your weekly and monthly reports may not match. We handle overpayments outside the weekly funding report, which means it won't show credits for overpayments. The monthly HRA employer account balance report will show a credit for an overpayment because Priority Health automatically credits a member's HRA if money was pulled from it in error so that member can still access their funds.
