We’ve expanded our network

Great news! With a freshly-minted agreement in place with Lakeland Care, Priority Health now serves large and small employers in Berrien, Cass and Van Buren counties.

This agreement greatly improves southwest Michigan’s access to quality health care, extending our network to include Lakeland Care’s three hospitals (Lakeland Regional Medical Center, Lakeland Community Hospital, Lakeland Specialty Hospital) and more than 300 primary and specialty physicians. Lakeland Care’s system includes:

• Walk-in clinics
• Long-term care
• Home care
• Laboratory and radiology services
• Rehabilitation and other services throughout the region

Lakeland Care also offers health, safety, wellness and prevention events, classes and programs throughout the year.

Lakeland Care joins more than 100 acute-care hospitals and over 16,000 doctors and health care providers in Priority Health’s network. A complete list of Lakeland Care doctors and hospitals is available online through our Find a Doctor directory.
