Clearly improved vision coverage with PriorityVision

We’re excited to announce that beginning March 1, 2012, PriorityVisionSM is offering an enhanced vision care network through our collaboration with EyeMed Vision Care®.

You’ll get the same great coverage you’ve come to expect from PriorityVision, but with greater flexibility and more choices and even better discounts. Your employees and their families will find it easier to get the care they need, when they need it. This comprehensive network provides access to thousands of providers across Michigan, including some of the most recognizable names in eye care:

  • LensCrafters®
  • Pearle Vision®
  • Sears OpticalSM
  • Target Optical®
  • JCPenney Optical®

And the network is growing every day.

Note:

  • If you have a PriorityVision routine vision benefit, you’ll begin receiving your benefits through the enhanced network beginning March 1, 2012.
  • All eye-related medical services will continue to be handled as medical claims through the Priority Health network.
  • You can search for local vision providers by using the Find a Doctor directory.
  • Small-group members can use the expanded network to receive a routine eye exam (does not apply to PriorityValue members).
  • All other groups renewing in 2012 will be able to choose from a menu of options.

All current PriorityVision members will receive an ID card with an explanation of the enhanced benefits. Learn more.

If your employees have questions, they can call the PriorityVision dedicated customer service number at 877 572-4001, or call Priority Health at the number listed on the back of their ID card.
