Our online decision-support program
Your eligible employees can now get up to $25 of free merchandise just for trying our interactive decision-support program powered by WelvieSM. This helps to keep your employees healthy and on the job because they’ll make informed decisions about treatment options and, in many cases, avoid unnecessary surgery. Topics covered by the program include:

- Finding the best doctor
- Making the right treatment decision
- Choosing a hospital
- Preparing for surgery
- Recovering at home
Encourage your employees to earn their reward
Employees and covered family members who complete steps 1–3 of the program and a short survey will receive credit (via a credit code) for merchandise from the online Rewards Store powered by Amazon. Employees can access the tool by searching for “surgery help” at priorityhealth.com.
- Employees may choose from a variety of items that will help them stay healthy — yoga mats, DVDs, hand weights, health magazines and more. To preview items on the Rewards Store, visit http://astore.amazon.com/welviecom-20.
- Members of a PriorityPPO, PriorityPOS or PriorityHMO plans can earn $25 in Rewards Store merchandise or choose a $10 Meijer gift card.
- Medicare members can earn $10 in rewards (due to government restrictions).
- The offer is limited to one reward per year, but employees can use the program as often as they’d like.
And remember, all eligible employees and their family members covered by Priority Health can receive a new reward each year. It’s our way of saying thanks for being healthy!
