New product offerings for groups with 51 – 99 employees

Effective July 1, we're pleased to announce that we're streamlining our benefit offerings for groups with 51 – 99 eligible employees. We've taken our most popular plan designs and simplified them into a suite of 65 smart new packages that were created specifically to meet the health plan needs of groups this size. And we’ve included a full range of pricing options.

Simple. Smart. Streamlined.
These new plans are streamlined, easier to understand and include all of our managed care components designed to help achieve our goal of reducing per capita health care costs.

Here are the details:

  • The new menu includes our most popular and cost-effective options on our HMO, POS and PPO plans with a wide range of deductible and copay levels and all of our consumer engaged products such as HSAs, HRAs and our new HealthbyChoice AchievementsSM plans.
  • Copays are tiered for primary care/specialist/urgent care, and these services aren't subject to the deductible. A deductible will apply to all other services.
  • Prescription coverage is included in every plan, with options for added flexibility.

We're including a total of 6 pharmacy options to complement your medical plan choices, including our money-saving 3-Tier Pharmacy with Specialty Drug Management.

Renewing soon?
If you like the plan you have now, you can continue with it if you make no changes. If you'd like to know more about the new options, call your agent or contact your Priority Health representative.

Thank you for your continued business.
