Coverage for inactive employees for groups with 2-99 eligible employees

Employees who are not actively working may be covered on your plan for a maximum of 3 months. If their layoff or disability goes beyond 3 months, you can offer them COBRA.

This is effective immediately for all fully funded groups with 2 - 99 employees. It does not apply to groups with 100 or more employees. If you have questions, please contact your Priority Health representative.
