Update on required gathering of SS numbers

Priority Health has registered with CMS (COBC) and is currently submitting Priority Health data, in accordance with Section 111 of the Medicare, Medicaid and SCHIP Extension Act of 2007 (MMSEA). We’re still in the process of gathering some of the required key information and as a result, we’ll be reaching out to you soon to collect it.
