We need your choice for mental health benefits

To comply with the new Mental Health Parity law that went into effect this month, self-funded employers must choose one of three options for mental health benefits in 2010. We’ve sent letters with all the details to groups renewing in January (if you haven’t received a letter, you will approximately 90 days before renewal).

Now, we need your choice! If you haven’t returned the form to us, please do so at your earliest convenience. We’ll then assist you with the preparation of the materials required to implement your choice.
