Online enrollment tool now requires you to certify notice of coverage termination

Effective Dec. 15, 2010, if you disenroll an employee more than 30 days past an employment termination date, you must certify that you told the former employee they were losing their health care coverage upon their termination. In these cases, you'll have to check a box to certify so you can complete the disenrollment.
This change helps you and Priority Health comply with the health reform requirement that all employees be told they're losing health coverage when their employment is terminated.
