PriorityHSA: Coverage Plus HSA

Priority Health's PriorityHSASM plan combines two different things:
  • A Health Savings Account (HSA) that you own, and
  • A high-deductible health insurance plan set up by your employer.

PriorityHSA gives you more responsibility for your health care spending. You pay 100 percent of the cost of health care until you have met the health plan's deductible. But that doesn't include preventive care, which is 100 percent covered when using doctors and other health care providers in the Priority Health network. And you can use the funds in your HSA account to reimburse yourself for health care expenses.
