Help Test Our Website |
Would you like to help us test our website? Once a month, we invite users to
our locations around Michigan to test different Web pages, processes and
tools. Some you may have seen, some you haven't - yet. Your opinion is what
matters.
Q: Who can be a web tester? A: We recruit testers from all our audiences:
Q: What would I have to do? A: Sit down in front of a computer in our lab in Grand Rapids and complete the tasks a moderator gives you. We ask you to voice your thoughts and opinions as you work, and we record what you're doing on screen. We're not testing you, we're testing the site for "usability," meaning, "how easy is it to use?" Q: What if I'm not really good with computers? A: Sometimes we are looking for people who aren't very comfortable using the Web, so don't let that stop you from signing up. Q: How much time does it take? A: Testing lasts an hour or less. Days and start times will vary. Q: Where do you do the testing? A: We set up a room at Priority Health's offices or rent a facility. You'd need to drive there. Q: What do I get for participating? A: Between $50 and $100 depending on the complexity of the testing. Q: How do I sign up? A: Easy. Just fill out our Sign-up Form.
