Using your secure mailbox

Your online account includes a secure mailbox, so we can send you private e-mail. Since we send it to your mailbox on our website it never leaves our system, and your privacy is completely protected.

Where to find your secure mailbox

Log in to your online account here on priorityhealth.com. Once you are logged in, you will see Mailbox in the green menu bar at the top of the page.

How to get your messages

Click Mailbox at the top of your personal account pages. Your secure mailbox works much the way your personal e-mail does. It gives you an inbox, where you will see your messages listed. Click any message subject to read that message.

Note:
  • Your mailbox can only receive messages from and send messages to Priority Health.
  • Messages only stay in your mailbox for 30 days, then they are deleted.

Problem: We told you that we sent you a message, but your mailbox is empty

This happens all the time! It's probably because the e-mail address you gave Customer Service is different from the e-mail address you entered when you created your account on this website. (Maybe one is your business address and one is your personal e-mail, for example.) The e-mail address you entered when you created your account is used as a security "key" to unlock your mailbox. Your mailbox only receives messages identified with that one e-mail address.

Solution: To find your "missing"messages

  1. When you log in to your account on our website, click the Edit Profile link in the upper right corner and you can find out what e-mail address is the key that "opens" your secure mailbox.
  2. If it's different from the one you gave to Customer Service, then you can change the "key" e-mail address to the one you gave Customer Service.
  3. Then save your profile.
  4. Click the Mailbox link (in the green bar) and you should see your messages.
  5. If you are still having trouble, call Customer Service. Remember, they're available until 7 p.m. Monday-Friday, until 5 p.m. on Friday, and from 9-noon on Saturday!
