Your secure mailbox works much the way your personal e-mail does. It gives you an inbox, where you will see your messages listed. Click any message subject to read that message.Note:
Problem: We told you that we sent you a message, but your mailbox is emptyThis happens all the time! It's probably because the e-mail address you gave Customer Service is different from the e-mail address you entered when you created your account on this website. (Maybe one is your business address and one is your personal e-mail, for example.) The e-mail address you entered when you created your account is used as a security "key" to unlock your mailbox.
