Most people can use their Priority Health ID card to find out what kind of Priority Health insurance plan they have.
Self-funded or fully funded? If your ID card shows "SF" after the plan name, or if you have PriorityEPO, you are enrolled in a "self-funded" plan. This means your employer is paying all the expenses of your medical care instead of paying premiums to Priority Health, and has hired Priority Health simply to do the paperwork.POS A or POS B?POS B is your plan and health care provider network when your employer pays all or part of the cost of your medical care. Ask your employer if you have a "shared-funded" plan; that means you have POS B. Traditional "fully funded" plans, where Priority Health pays the cost of covered medical care, are POS A.PriorityPPO or PriorityPPO premier? Most PriorityPPO plans are premier plans. Call Customer Service to make sure which plan you have.
