Most people can use their Priority Health ID card to find out what kind of Priority Health insurance plan they have.
POS A or POS B? POS B is your plan and health care provider network when your employer pays all or part of the cost of your medical care. Ask your employer if you have a "shared-funded" or "self-funded" plan; that means you have POS B. Traditional "fully funded" plans, where Priority Health pays the cost of covered medical care, are POS A. PriorityPPO or PriorityPPO premier? Most PriorityPPO plans are premier plans. Call Customer Service to make sure which plan you have.
