To ask about your plan's coverage for mental/emotional health or substance abuse help, or for help finding counselors or other behavioral health care providers:

• You don't need to call your primary care physician or other primary care provider first.
  
• Have your ID card ready to verify your coverage.
• Calls are completely confidential.

• Tuesday: 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
• Wednesday: 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
• Thursday: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

After hours
If your situation is a life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest hospital emergency room.  Otherwise, call us at the numbers above. A clinician will return your call promptly.

Employee Assistance Plans
For details of your employer's Employee Assistance Plan with mental health benefits, contact your employer's Human Resources department. We do not have the details of EAP plans.
