An online resource for employers with 51+ contracts that analyzes the health of your clients' employees and their dependents and how they use their health care benefits.
In addition to data, trends and comparisons, HealthInSite provides actionable information, recommendations and links to useful tools your clients can share with their employees.
With HealthInSite, your clients can see where patterns emerge, and then take action to address underlying causes to reduce costs and improve health.
Tools and resources
Analysis
Self-funded groups can use Analysis to gauge monthly and year-to-date changes in membership, claims payments and billed fees. They can sort and compare data in three areas:
- Membership - Identify enrollment trends and review membership detail by product, gender distribution and age group.
- Claims - Use detailed reports to determine the highest cost diagnostic categories, most widely used health care providers (including doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, etc.) and highest cost prescription drugs based on claims information.
- Billing - Compare current fees to the prior plan year and identify all stop-loss and administrative fees.
